We ship across India, and we also ship internationally.
Processing and delivery time
Handmade pieces are packed with care, so timelines vary by product. Before you pay, we tell you on WhatsApp when your order will be dispatched and when you can expect it.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders within India. International shipping is charged extra, and we confirm the exact charge on WhatsApp before you pay. There are no hidden costs.
Tracking
We share a tracking link on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and message us within 48 hours. See our Returns and Exchanges policy.
